@Madara Uchiha - Only works with #3 Link "Metal Gear Solid - Snake Survivor (Bill)" - Why because he used Bill's Cig so this works perfect with it, I think it looks Great :yorksmokes:

@Le Strooper - this is a head mod and does conflict with K1CHWA. The only thing special in my Bill head is that cherry on the end of the cig. K1CHWA and I are friends we have done mods together. Go ask K1CHWA's if he could add a cherry glow to the Bill head you like. He can use mine from this one. But I know K1CHWA will come up with his own, he would perfer it that way.

I have been using it in combo with restored smoking bill and Bill head MGS by k1chwa (it changes the beret and Bill's facial hair color) ...

Well it conflicts with the beard and beret textures :/ Is there any files that need to be deleted in order to make it work flawlessly?
