About

It has been thousands of years since My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic last aired, but the show is once again enjoying a resurgence; how it came to the rim, though, remains a mystery.

Regardless of the hows and whys, many colonists have embraced the show, as the colourful characters and messages of peace, hope and friendship help them to escape the struggles of trying to survive daily life in their colonies.

Many of them have even taken to carrying pony plushies, with some people claiming that they feel as though the object is transferring some of the essence of that particular pony into them. While no scientific proof as been found of this, many people are accepting it as fact because it gives them something to be happy about. Consequently, pony plushies are now as much a part of everyday rim life as food and guns.

Some people have even gone so far as to undergo xenotype implementation in order to more closely resemble one of the many races that inhabit Equestria, though the results weren't exactly what they were expecting.

This mod also has additional content depending on which RimWorld DLCs or mods you have installed; please refer to the wiki on GitHub for more details.

Features

  • 92 achievements to unlock with Vanilla Achievements Expanded!
  • Daybreaker will convert one material to another, as well as perform other tasks... as long as you can supply enough chemfuel.
  • The Cutie Pox, a new disease which will improve a pawn's skills, but causes pain and requires a lot of medicine to treat.
  • 4 new turrets: a regular 'shoot anything hostile' turret, and three that serve as distractions for enemy raiders.
  • 4 new weapons: the wife thrower, the tennis ball launcher, the rainbow laser, and the orbital friendship cannon.
  • The harmony chip, a brain implant which grants the bonuses of every pony plushie (bar one) at the same time.
  • Nightmare Moon will provide you with many hard to get items... for a price.
  • Poison joke, a new drug which will help or hinder your pawns when smoked.
  • 3 new factions: regular bronies, diamond dogs and batponies.
  • 51 pony plushies which grant varying bonuses to pawn stats.
  • Herbal cure kits to cleanse pawns of a variety of ailments.
  • 3 new scenarios to choose from when starting a new game.
  • Fanfiction for your pawns to read during rec time.
  • 15 other buildings, from lamps to generators.
  • 2 new traits: brony and anti brony.
  • 7 new xenotypes.

"Is This Compatible With Combat Extended?"

To some degree, yes it is. Some weapons or turrets might be a bit wonky, but I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary.

"Is This Compatible With Ponies of the Rim?"

Yes, it is. My pony xenotypes can safely coexist with the ponies added by Ponies of the Rim. Some compatibility patches are in place to ensure that things run smoothly.

Got it. It doesn't change the regular method with the other mod, it was just weird that the Daybreaker recipe was showing up for its ingredients that threw me off, since it doesn't list any in the description normally.

@Kubric-khan The cost shown there is what you need to make chemfuel at the Daybreaker statue. The majority of recipes at this building require chemfuel, to balance out the fact doing things like making components is much faster than doing it at the fabrication bench (or whatever you would use for the recipe being performed).

Making beer the proper way - using a barrel - shouldn't cost any fuel, as my XML and C# doesn't touch the vanilla recipes.

@Kubric-khan The XML errors you mentioned will be fixed in the next update. However, I don't appear to have the other issues you reported. Can you provide screenshots showing me exactly what the issues are?

Thanks. Turns out I can make beer with the regular fermenting barrel from that mod, though the ingredients listed in its description are wrong, 250 chemfuel and 250 wort each. Without Rimpony, it doesn't list the ingredients. Also had an XML error that might be related when Rimfeller was loaded up along with them. pastebin because of the 1000 character limit.

got a weird issue where "rimcuisine 2: bottling and booze expansion (continued)" beers in 1.6 can only be made at Treehugger and the statue of daybreaker. not sure if it's this or if there's someting from ponies of the rim that removed the default recipie.

2 things:

first - Of all this is the best pony mod out of all mods, i keep choosing pegasi instead of hussars, keep the good work bro, you're amazing!

second - there is a Flim/Flam SuperCiderSquezy9000 or something like that, BUTT im yet to find it, truth to be told i dont know what it does, but i want it so, any tips on how to get it?
