You have to convert the .wmv to an .mp4. I use Any Video Converter.

Ok, thanks for the quick response to my question and thanks for reformatting those nice dreamscenes.
What exactly is necessary to import such an .wmv file into the wallpaper engine editor?

Thank you for the interest 8bar! However, I am not the creator. That credit belongs to Jeem Rover. I have a link to his youtube page in the description. I don't know how he does these but he makes them available for download so I just re-format them for wallpaper engine to share because they make great wallapers!

This wallpaper is amazing!
Thank you so much for your effort and for sharing it.
I would love to see which effects you have used and which parameters you have chosen for them, just to learn from it.
Is it possible to open your project in the wallpaper engine editor somehow?
Or could you post your myproject folder for this Forza Dreamszene here as a zip-file, PLEASE?
